Teach Ye Diligently — Episode 11 (PEEL: Prepare, Engage, Empower, Learn)

In this episode we cover four lessons and focus on helping students take responsibility for their learning, expand “either/or” thinking into “and,” and turn to Jesus Christ in real-life questions, reflection, stress, and anxiety.

LESSON SEGMENTS

   Classroom angle: Help students respond to change with faith (Articles of Faith 9) and see “true and living” revelation rather than “true vs false.”

4. Life Preparation Lesson 187 — Managing Stress and Anxiety (Mark)
   Theme: Students identify and practice skills to turn to the Lord to manage stress and anxiety. (The Church of Jesus Christ)
   Classroom angle: Practice, not just discuss (scripture patterns, mindfulness, gratitude) and connect the process to the Savior.
