Calendar Important Events
Work closely with the S&I Coordinator and his Administrative Assistant assigned to your stake.
Work closely with the High Councilor and the counselor in the Stake Presidency over Seminary and Institute.
Participate in the monthly supervisor Zoom training where current priorities, best practices, and questions are addressed (see Calendar).
Use the detailed responsibilities and month-by-month calendar to identify the work that needs attention, found here.
Establish clear and consistent communication with the Coordinator and his Administrative Assistant.
Share new-teacher contact information with him and his Administrative Assistant.
Orient and train newly called teachers.
Share class observations and discuss teacher-training needs.
Discuss and plan special teacher-training topics when needed.
Discuss your needs regularly with the High Councilor (or counselor in the Stake Presidency, as needed).
Establish with your Coordinator whom to contact for teacher training, administrative, or policy questions.

MySeminary is the parent and student facing resource for registering and locating seminary classes.
MyInstitute is the student facing resource locating institute classes, announcements, and registering.

Review regularly the Stake Supervisor Yearly Calendar and Checklist.
Orient new teachers and connect them with the Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.
Help teachers with attendance and completion efforts.
Assist with planning seminary graduation.
Support seminary teachers in their responsibilities.
Establish S&I Programs and lead efforts to register students.
Communicate consistently with stake leadership about progress, needs, and policy requirements.
