Collect the teacher’s contact information and share it with the Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.
Confirm completion of Protecting Children and Youth training within the required period (every three years).
Keep teachers informed about enrollment, deadlines for closing classes at the end of term, stake expectations, and S&I training meetings.
Remind teachers about monthly Zoom training and follow up with those who miss them.
Communicate proactively, offer support, and provide stake-specific guidance.
Help teachers with attendance, completion, class logistics, discipline problems, and any other seminary-related concerns.

Keep teachers connected to current training resources provided by in Southern Region Trainings and Teaching in the Savior's Way.
Assess substitute arrangements as part of beginning-of-year class logistics.
Substitute teachers are approved by the stake and can be given a stake calling.
When needed, you may substitute for a teacher or help secure a stake-approved substitute.
